UPDATES Housekeeping z The StuCo office is to be kept off limits to non-StuCo members (StuCo members can access the StuCo key through Ms. Dzamba in the main office) z Reminder: give all receipts to Mr. MacPhail throughout the year z StuCo material sign-outs will be documents in a sign-out binder, $2.00 will be taken as collateral from the clubs Thoughts on Transition Day z The speaker was relatable, palatable and we would give him a recommendation z The scavenger hunt seemed to be hectic and disorganized z The parents gave apprehensive and lukewarm responses to StuCo members z StuCo had little to do with the exception of the assembly Grade 9 Day z Designations: st nd c Those with 1 lunches and 2 lunches (Mahmood & Shelley) must help set-up rd c Those with 3 lunches (Fiona, Jason, Jay, Vitu, Olvie, Ericka, Yvonne, Phoebe) will help run events th c Those with 4 (Terry, Jawad, Jason, Frederick) will help clean up z Events: (winning prize: 2 tickets) c balloon pop c donut eating contest (there will be 9 contests, 4 players per contest, and a charge of 50 cents per player – we will purchase 3 dozen for the day) c DDR c coin game c push-a-penny c tickets will be given for general displays of spirit z Tickets are redeemable for candy (2 tickets each) or can be entered into the raffle for 1 of 10 Aramark $4 coupons or 1 of 10 Halloween dance tickets z We must make signs for the events, and purchase balloons z Spirit day for September 12 is canceled Grade 9 Elections z Forms must contain the StuCo header (created by Fiona), some background knowledge on the position of a grade representative and a section for the students to write their speeches

Speeches will be 30 seconds and approved by the VP Announcements will start Monday

Miscellaneous z Club registration forms are due September 19 z StuCo must assemble manpower for Photo Day
