Blackout • 207 tickets have been sold • The ticket list must be typed up and the current list extended beyond #200 • The song request list must be revised, typed up and sent to the DJ Teacher Advisors • Confirmed: Cheng, MacKinlay, Borshiov, McHenry, Mashin, Pomakov, Merrick, Triantopolous, Glezakos • Pizza will be served at 6:00, teachers who are not eating pizza should come at 6:30. Duties will include dance floor supervision and coat check management • 6 gift cards will be purchased, each of $5 value (we already have 3 in the StuCo office) Publicity • Announcements will be on Wednesday and Thursday • To include in next week’s announcements: the dress code, a Student ID card reminder, costume and white clothes/blacklight reminder • Signs must be painted for the night of the dance (#1-50, 51-100, etc., lost tickets, drinks) Day Of Organization • Decorations: Shelley and Terry, Tables/Set-Up: Esther • DECA non-Execs are released from club duties for the day to help • Schedule for the day must be made Drinks • 2 coolers will be provided • Drinks will be purchased from NoFrills • Two ice packs will be purchased for the evening

Semi-Formal • Name: Under the Stars th • Ticket Selling will begin Wednesday November 5 (the week after the Halloween Dance) • The ticket outline has been designed by Shelley • Flyers must be distributed before the Halloween Dance (next week) rd • Poster Party: Next Week! Monday November 3 (we will be painting 1 poster) nd • Ticket price: $45 for the first week, $50 for the 2 week onwards • The centerpieces will cost approximately $5 each Spirit Day th • Will be held November 14 • We will be holding a Raider Day (students wear Raider colours and clothes) • Prizes will be awarded UPCOMING DATES th Thursday October, 30 Halloween Dance th November 14 Raider Day
