Request Mini Rules from Amadeus Offers In Amadeus Offers, Mini Rules display can be requested only once the PNR containing the Offers has been end-transacted. Mini Rules can be requested directly from the PNR display. --- OFR --1.DOE/J MR

Common error messages RESTRICTED This error is returned when Amadeus Mini Rules is not activated for the Office ID requesting the display. NO FARE RULES FOUND In the pricing flow, this error is returned when the 3 minute delay for Mini Rules availability is over. In the other flows it is returned when Mini Rules data has not been found. The most common explanation for this is that the TST or Offer has been created with Mini Rules switched off. NEED END TRANSACTED OFFER

End transaction (ET) must be entered between Offer creation and Mini Rules display. If this end transaction is missing, Mini Rules will not be displayed and above error message will be returned.

Welcome to Amadeus Mini Rules Amadeus Mini Rules provides a short, clear summary of the most important fare rules applied for a given pricing so they can be quickly and easily understood. Mini Rules data is based on the fare rule restrictions that are processed and validated for a given pricing context. This enables Amadeus customers to produce coherent text and create necessary translations so that the traveller, the final end user, can easily understand the restrictions related to the fare being purchased.

How to access Mini Rules

In order to construct Mini Rules, a pricing context needs to be created. This means that a pricing transaction needs to be performed before trying to access Mini Rules.
Cryptic entry and options
Pricing transactions for Mini Rules processing The different type of pricing transactions that allow the creation of Mini Rules include itinerary pricing, Best Pricer and re-pricing using Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC). This includes both informative and confirmed pricing transactions.
The FWR entry is used (with options) to automatically display Mini Rules. The text is displayed in English by default for all passengers in the pricing reply. Functionality

Once Mini Rules have been created during pricing, they can be immediately retrieved for up to 3 minutes after pricing from the context. After this time, they can be retrieved from the created TST, using an e-ticket number or an Amadeus Offer record.
