He advised-that he did not have access to the files as they are safeguarded at another apartment complex, the Lorna Viil~ge Apartments, located at 3175 Cauby Street, San Diego, California. DIvincenzo suggested that Cordero and' Tamm contact Luis Naranjo, Divincenzo's manager, at telephone number] Divincenzo did advise that a guest or family member of Yajaira Ruiz was in~blved 1~ an altercation with Ashley Abeyta's boyfriend.
