MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That this Memorandum of Agreement made and executed by and between BARANGAY COGON – PARDO, Cebu City, herein represented by its Barangay Captain Hon. HARRY IRAN of legal age, Filipino, herein after referred to as FIRST PARTY. - and CBD COLLEGE NSTP – CWTS, represented by its Coordinator MR. PEDRO A. GUANGCO, of legal age, Filipino, referred to as SECOND PARTY. That the SECOND PARTY will conduct a monthly outreach program within the jurisdiction of Barangay Cogon-Pardo, Cebu City; That the FIRST PARTY has no objection and hereby give voluntary consent and approval for the noble cause of the SECOND PARTY; That the SECOND PARTY will conduct the following activities such as feeding program, street cleaning, coastal clean up, Sagip Sapa and others, with the expense of the SECOND PARTY, That the FIRST PARTY will support the program of the SECOND PARTY, for all legal intents and purposes.
