CBD COLLEGE 28th Commencement Exercises INTRO:
Good morning. Commencement — a French word which means beginning. Indeed, there is a good reason they call ceremonies, commencement exercises, because graduation is not the end, it is the beginning.
Today ladies and gentlemen is the most awaited day on the part of the students as well of course to their proud parents, seeing their son or daughter be one of those candidates of the Graduating Class march during the processional.
Today also signifies the culmination of many years of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge: knowledge that will enable a person to embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and purpose. Parents, family and friends of the graduating class 2018-2019, I, Mr. Rondec T. Padigos, your Master of Ceremony, welcome you to the 28th Commencement Exercises of CBD College.
PROCESSIONAL:
Another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2018-2019. It’s been quite a time already that we have witnessed how these learners proved their worth to become a member of this year’s graduating batch. So, ladies and gentlemen without further-a-do, The Processional of the candidates for graduation. Approaching the stage are;
The College Graduates with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Math, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Associate in Computer Technology. Next in line are the Grade 6 pupils. Marching to stage are the Graduates of Senior High School Batch 2018-2019. And now ladies and gentlemen, the entrance of the Grade 6 Honor Pupils. Followed by the Grade 12 Honor Students.
And now Ladies and gentlemen, the entrance of the pillars of CBD COLLEGE, the Faculty members, the Administrators, the School Board and the Distinguished Guest.

May I request everyone to please stand as we pay tribute, honour and glory to our Almighty God through an Invocation to be led by Zulueta, Rosemarie C—A Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English and please continue standing as we pay tribute to our national flag through a mass singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

PRESENTATION OF THE CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION ELEMENTARY, SHS, & COLLEGE
Before moving on to the next part of this ceremony, I just want to greet the people who grace with us today. To our distinguished guest and highly esteemed member of the academic community, the Chief of ESP and Quality Assurance Division, Dr. Benjamin D. Tiongzon, to our ever dynamic School Supervisor, Mr. Clarito B. Dacua; to the epitome’ of empowered woman, our College Dean, Dr. Corazon de Perio, to our unrelenting and brilliant OIC—Principal & Chairman of Elementary and High School Department, Mrs. Cleofe L. Daculan, to our highly competent, deeply motivated, and ultrasmart members of the faculty and staff, to the proud and loving parents, visitors, friends, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant morning once again to all of us!
And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for graduation in Elementary & Senior High School, may we have on the stage the school head of exemplary performance, none other than, our assiduous OIC—Principal, Mrs. Cleofe L. Daculan. A round of applause please.
And to do the honors of presenting the candidates for graduation in College, may I call in the ever indefatigable and energetic COLLEGE DEAN, Dr. Corazon de Perio. A resounding round of applause please!

DISTRIBUTION OF DIPLOMAS
The Diploma is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain level of education, it is also the symbol of accomplishment.
So, to do the honors of the distribution of diploma to our smart graduates, may we have on the stage once more our highly respected guest Dr. Benjamin D. Tiongzon, to be assisted by our school supervisor, Mr. Clarito B. Dacua and our College Dean, Dr. Corazon de Perio.

Thank you so much Ellain! Being your teacher for 6 years, I am so delighted for what you have achieved right now! I always believe in you! That remarkable speech of yours will forever be etched in our memories. We are so proud of you!
