Republic Act 9163, otherwise known as the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001 recognizes the role of the Youth in Nation Building. The Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) as one of the Components of NSTP, Consist of activities contributory to the General welfare and betterment of life for the members of the community or enhancement of its facilities especially those Devoted to improving health, education, environment and Entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and moral of the citizenry and other social welfare.

Whereas,

CWTS students after series of lectures, seminars and trainings will have to undergo, with the coordination of the Barangay Officials, municipal government agencies immersion to aid in: • Testing of strategies on Basic services delivery • Monitoring and evauating changes in the levels of well being of poor families through the Minimum Basic Needs (MBN) approach. • Institutionalizing partnership between private and public sectors in the delivery of basic services all the community level. • Promoting Civic consciousness among fellow youth in the Community and developing physical, moral, spirituals, and Social well being among them. • Inculcating the ideals of patriotism, nationalism and advancing their involvement in the public service affairs.

Whereas,

After deliberation with persons concerned, during the 2nd Semester of School Year 2007-2008, the FIRST PARTY shall be allowed by the second party to enter the premises of the Barangay to do Community assessment work to be able to carry out _____________________ objectives.

Whereas,

The FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY agrees to see to it that the student welfare is secured from occurring.

Whereas,

Both parties agree to work hand in hand in the upliftment of the lives of the people in the community.
