MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: This agreement made entered into by and between;

TECHNICAL POINT SKILLS ACADEMY, INC. (TPSA), herein represented by its President MANOLO C. TOLEDANO, with office address at Brgy. Cristo Rey, O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac, referred as TPSA; And The DEPATRMENT OF EDUCATION, QUEZON DISTRICT herein represented by the ALS Mobile Teacher, MICHAEL P. ABALOS with principal address at Quezon, Nueva Ecija herein reffered to as a DepEd. WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, ITC, is a training institution mandated to provide technical education and skills training for the development of the middle level manpower. WEREAS, DepEd strongly supports the skills development and makes them socially and economically self-reliant. WHEREAS, it is the aim of the aforementioned parties to cooperate whit each other in order to initiate a Technology-based Community Training Program in Shielded Metal Arc Welding NCII, Electrical Instalation and Mentinance NCII, Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing NCII and RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NCII that will provide training for unemployed adults, out-of-school youth and residents of Quezon, Nueva Ecija. NOW, THEREFORE, for in consideration of the foregoing premises, terms and conditions, the parties hereby agree to cooperate and share their resources in fulfilling their respective roles and responsibilities as follows:

Coordinate and recruit participants for the training; Provide venue for the training except for courses needing facilities; Recommend measures to ensure the success of the program; Ensure safety of training tools and equipment. Facilitate job employment/referral of graduates.

TPSA shall: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.

Coordinate, monitoring and evaluate training program; Provide and coordinate with the training instructors; Recommend measures to ensure the success of the program. Issue and sign training certificates. Provide the necessary training tools, equipments and materials. Subject all graduates to mandatory competency assessment. Facilitate / assist graduates employment.

MODIFICATION / AMENDMENT / EFFECTIVITY 1. Any modification/amendment to this Agreement shall be subject to mutual consent of the parties hereto. 2. This Agreement takes effect upon signing of the parties and shall remain in force unit terminated by all parties.
