Media Kit Introduction First published in 1997, The District Reporter is a locally owned, independent country newspaper with an average weekly circulation of 16,900 though the local government areas of Camden and Wollondilly. This paper contains the very popular historical back page feature, ‘Back Then’. Distribution commences each Monday and is completed by the Wednesday. It is the only newspaper letterboxed to households and it is normally the only newspaper received by families on rural properties in the region. Based on the 2001 & 2006 Census, 43% of the disposable income of Camden and Wollondilly is held by families on these rural properties. Letterboxing significantly increases readership providing advertisers great value for money. There are weekly articles on history, financial planning, real estate, equine, community events, sport, politics and local news.
