At present I have completed my Supernumerary/SLF (SUP/Observatory) Training on A320. This training was to be followed by Line Orientation Flight Training (LOFT) and thereafter was to be released as First Officer. With the view of tiding over the ongoing turbulence in the aviation industry in India, Kingfisher Airlines have decided to keep my Line training (LOFT) and my First Officer Release Checks on hold for a further period. Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. has also given me an option to join another airline company if I so desire and that they would let go the Bond/Contract of 60 months and the costs of Rupees 30 lacs incurred by them for my Type Training course on Airbus 320 at Toulouse, France. Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. would provide me the required “No Objection Certificate” at the time of my exit.
