Mamee Double Decker is one of the famous food manufacturer in Malaysia . It is Malaysia food processing , snacks and diary product company which mainly produces and sells instant noodles , snack, confectionery and beverages. They started off with a single product , and consistently growth to various range of products . Today Mamee products are exported all around the world to more than 80 countries and area it serve includes Asia , Middle East , Africa ,Europe and Oceania. Products produced by Mamee are popular and well known to most household especially children. MAMEE-Double Decker has set up manufacturing facilities in Myanmar and Indonesia in addition to our production location here in Malaysia. All facilities have been awarded ISO 9000s, HACCP and Halal certifications. Dedication to the industry has led MAMEE-Double Decker to win the Frost & Sullivan Award for Best Home-Grown Packaged Food Company (2013 & 2014), and a Putra Brand Award under the Foodstuff Category (2014). Last but not least, MAMEE Chef has been rated in the Top Ten Instant Noodle category consistently by the Ramen Rater. The company was first founded in 1971 by Datuk Pan Ching Hin . Mamee was incorporated on 3rd August 1991 and was listed on the Kuala Lumpur stock Exchange's main board on 18th March 1992. As of 2014 the company headquarters is in the Ayer Keroh Industrial Estate in Malacca , Malaysia and it has an office in Subang Jaya, Selangor . As of 2008 it has registered an office in City Plaza in Johor Bahru.

Packing is an essential element of a product marketed in marketing and ensures product safety. Consumers play a role in determining the appropriate packaging method for the product. The product packaging method is one of the elements that must be emphasized in planning the production of a product. Especially packing methods for food products. This is because food products are products that are daily requirements for consumers. In addition, the packaging method also reflects the quality of the product and the identity of the company that manufactures the product. The product packaging method covers how the product is packaged, the material used in packing, the packaging characteristics and specifications. The process of selecting the best packaging method needs to be done so that the products being released easily get market place and can be marketed properly. The best product packaging method is packing that meets the needs of consumers and can attract users to buy products marketed Packaging means a host of design and manufacture container or wrapper for a product. Therefore, in addition to brands, packaging is also an equally important factor in the process of helping consumers differentiate products from a company. Food packaging is packaging for food. A package provides safeguard, tampering resistance, in addition to special physical, chemical substance, or biological desires. It may carry a nutrition facts label along with information about food for sale for sale. In numerous countries many food is however bought fresh everyday from an industry stall, a butcher or a fish shop, all of these food comes with almost no packaging at almost all, other than a fairly easy bag to get it away in. Many food suppliers are also looking at solutions to change packaging to be able to more eco-friendly procedures, with a move to providing more biodegradable and recyclable sorts of food packaging. The food industry is enormous and the competitions is fierce so you need to take any advantage possible to ensure that the customers choose your product. One of these advantages that I’m talking about is a good package design. This was a wonderful solution to the problem of getting your hand down the bottom of the Mister Potato tube. Struggle to get my Mister Potato out (of the bottom of the tub) - A hook that you pull to get more Mister Potato out. Simple but very useful aid to consuming Mister Potato, particularly the ones further down the pack. The hook is designed to fit inside the pack when sold to add extra value for the customer.
