Main Observations for PPL DS ST 2 to deploy level II equipment: Main Camp Depression & subsidence: 1- Main camp is in depression 2- Main camp is 160 m approx. from well bore. 3- Main camp is in depression (approx. 5m). Approx. 60~70 person is sleeping in camp each shift

Fence area of camp and rig site: 1- The fence of main camp and rig site are not bounded separately. Main camp and rig site surrounded by one fence. 2- Incase of emergency evacuation the upwind emergency exits should be cleared and must trail to uphill muster station. Near By settlements: 1- Incase of H2S dispersion towards south west settlement 2 would be affected. 2- Settlement two is in more depression than main camp. The depressional fall exceeds 6 meters. Geological formations attitude due to TSR 1. High probability of H2S release due thermochemical sulphate reduction as previously formations undergone acid jobs. 2. Thermochemical sulphate reduction could be the reason of H2S generation due to previous acid solutions and fractured zones.
