Starting a business is like an evaluation of yourself, starting to know what your strengths and weaknesses and able to know what you can do about handling a business. WHAT EXPERTIES: A good communication skill, where I was able to socialize and connect with my customers and it gives me my ability to genuinely understand and empathize them. I would like to learn the ability to strategize my action plan which directly affects my decision-making about my goals. Develop my discipline on financial management which directly affects my income. I will always reflect to my actions by coping with my failure in times of bankruptcy, and many possible risk I may face in business. I will develop my writing skills through making persuasive writings which inspires my customers and get more interested with my business services. There are many ways to plan for future business success, but investing in yourself by building new skills or improving existing ones, remains one of the smartest decisions you can make as an entrepreneur. WHAT FORM OF OWNERSHIP SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP as a beginner, I would like to have a small business where I have the responsibility for all of damages, complains and money losses so that it makes me the person on top of business (e.g. Manager). I will use my own money for all of its cost so that I have the power to control the gained profit of the business and the power on where to use it. I have all the authority even with selecting employees for my business.
