LUMPIA TUNA

Bahan Kulit  20 lembar kulit lumpia Bahan Isi Lumpia  1 kg ikan fillet tuna dikukus, suwir 

300 gr bengkoang dipotong korek api



200 gr wortel dipotong korek api



200 gr keju cheedar



4 siung bawang merah dicincang kasar



3 siung bawang putih dicincang kasar



1 siung bawang bombay dicincang kasar



2 batang daun bawang di iris tipis



1 sdm garam



1 sdm gula pasir



3 sdm saus tiram



2 sdt merica bubuk



100 ml air



5 sdm minyak goreng

Bahan Perekat Lumpia 

2 putih telur dan dikocok lepas

Cara Membuat Lumpia Ikan 1. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, dan bawang bombay, sampai harum. 2. Masukkan tuna, wortel, bengkoang, masak hingga layu, tambahkan keju 3. Masukan garam, gula pasir, saos tiram, merica, aduk rata dan tuangkan airnya, aduk lagi hingga rata. 4. Siapkan 1 lembar kulit lumpia, beri 1 sdm isi, lipat sisi kanan kiri, diolesi putih telur dan digulung, ulangi sampai kulit habis. 5. Goreng dengan minyak panas, hingga matang warna keemasan angkat tiriskan, Sajikan.
