33 Prosedur Semua bahan dibersihkan, dikukus, kemudian didinginkan

Inokulasikan dengan ragi tape yang sudah dihaluskan sebanyak 0,1 % (b/b)

Masukkan kedalam erlenmeyer steril. Tutup dengan alafo Inkubasikan selama 48 jam pada suhu 28-30 ᵒ C

Amati perubahan yang terjadi seperti aroma, tekstur, rasa, dan warna

Gambarkan mikroba yang berperan
