Conditional Survey Report HULL CONDITION The hull was observed to be newly painted and all hull markings complied with. There was an indentation on the starboard side close to the stem. (See pics). OUTSIDE DECKS AND AREAS These areas were observed to be well maintained and painted. However a few areas aft of the bridge the deck plating has ripples in certain areas. ENGINE ROOM The engine room is generally clean. There were no save all containers seen around the engine and no signs of oil leaks on same. The deck plating was clean and in good condition, all bulkheads were clean and painted. Lighting in this area was adequate. There was no debris seen and the bilge was clean and dry. Some parts of the main engine exhaust were bare without the packing and needs to be renewed. Also there were no guardrails around the generators in this area. There were adequate spares for main engine and generators onboard. An oil record book was seen but no entry was in same. ACCOMMODATION The accommodation was generally clean with adequate lighting. At the time of inspection personnel were cleaning, painting and doing general repairs to cabins onboard. BRIDGE The bridge was clean and all the nav aids were in working condition including the radar. The required placards were displayed. The magnetic compass is in working order but needs to be topped up of liquid as air bubbles were seen. The deck logbook was not available as it was told to be locked in the master cabin. GALLEY Galley was clean and tidy. No fire blanket observed. Two sets of First-Aid Kit were seen with contents but no expiry date on them. FORECASTLE Newly painted and well arranged. Adequate lighting. No guardrails around in-port generator. Deck condition is good.

CARGO HOLDS Hatch coamings are well maintained and the cargo holds were clean and bilges dry. All frames and beams were satisfactory.
