(1) The PLAN & other Technical Matters in writing is already done. this was by Tito Julius who is in charge of the Construction TEAM. (2) The 30% labor agreement is reached with the present builders. this was by Tito Julius and Buboy, both of the Construction TEAM. They find the 40% labor sukot too high. (3) The 50% FUNDING & SOURCING is given in CASH already - by Clifford - this was called by Clifford 3 minutes after we ended the meeting. We have to wait for 2 million before anything else. JR agrees. (4) The STABILITY of ALL TEAMS is in place -- by JR. - I believe the TEAMS are not yet TOGETHER. It would take maybe another 40 times of prayer meetings and consultations to make a UNITY :-) - this is not the work of 1 TEAM or even 1 MAN ... this is the work of ALL TEAMS— Construction TEAM; Resource and Fund TEAM; Interior TEAM; Landscaping TEAM and the Relocation TEAM
