SHUTDOWN WORK Obtain work permit (By other contractor ) Remove Insulation (By other contractor ) LOTO/Blinding Work as per EIS (By other contractor) Remove old control valve signal cable and tubing (By Penaga Dresser) Remove old control Valve by using crane 45tons (By other contractor ) Initial inspection inlet and outlet gasket surface for pipe side only (By JIT ) Transport old CV to scrap yard area (By other contractor) Clean inlet and outlet flange face, clean bolt&nut and keep in safe place (By Other contractor ) Transport the new valve from warehouse to site and shall follow Safety Handling of Valve (By other contractor ) i) Take precautions not to drop or strike the valve Joint inspection before installation (By JIT) Lifting new control valve/install and Control bolting (by other contractor) Re-install signal cable and tubing (By Penaga Dresser) Control valve functional test and SAT ( By Penaga Dresser ) Final inspection after installation (JIT Team) LOTO/Deblinding Work as per EIS (By Operation & other contractor) POST SHUTDOWN WORK Reinstate Insulation (by other contractor) Dismantle scaffolding (by other contractor) Housekeeping (by other contractor) Standby person during commissioning (by other contractor and penaga Dresser)
