ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA.Tn.M DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERSARAFAN A.Pengertian Stroke adalah suatu keadaan yang timbul karena terjadi gangguan peredaran darah diotak yang menyebabkan terjadinya kematian jaringan otak,sehingga seseorang mengakibatkan kelumpuhan/kematian.(baticaca,2008)  Ada 2 Jenis klasifikasi umum cedera vaskuler cerebral (stoke) 

stroke Iskemik(terjadi karena penyumbatan aliran darah arteri yang lama ke bagian otak)



stroke hemoragik(terjadi akibat perdarahan dalam otak)

B.Etiologi

b. Gangguan berbicara>>>baik untuk mengeluarkan kata2/sulit mengerti pembicaraan orang lain/afasia c.

Gangguan gerak,kelumpuhan(hemiparese/Hemiplagic)
