This is not the First time that Government. is releasing a hard core ISI agent. Previously a Terrorist named Mujeeb who was undergoing a Life sentence was released on the grounds of Good Conduct. Soon after his release Mujeeb resumed his activities & this time he was associated with Kashmiri Insurgency, he was rearrested within months of his release in December ‘2005 when he was planning a terrorist activity. This time the ISI agent named Anees Mohiuddin alias Amir Alias Ayub Ansari has been released under pressure from the MLA from Hyderabad. His release was kept a secret till this daily got news of the Incident. He has already committed the murder of a Local BJP leader named Modi who was a Businessman. This case was registered with the local police Station. He was also involved in a Bomb Blast near a famous Saibaba temple situated at Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad in which 2 persons lost their Lives. In this Connection also he was an accused & a case was registered at the local police station. He fled the country and was arrested returning from London last year by the Begumpet airport police at the airport itself. He was charged with murder & anti national activities, Transportation of destructive materials, POTA & for having links with various terrorist groups. Investigations were going on & he was under Judicial custody. The MLA from Hyderabad bought pressure again on the Congress Government; the state government decided to drop all charges against the ISI terrorist and tried to release him. The government issued GO No’s 911, 912 dated may 18th last year under the last home secretary, issuing directions to Hyderabad collector to suggest public prosecutors to drop all charges. Then government petitioned to the court to drop all charges, but the court refused to drop the charges against a terrorist, but agreed to issue bail after careful consideration.
