students use Skype and a webcam to communicate and learn with each other, doing activities such as math problems and reading stories Another thing we could do is to have students send links to their friends through email of their favorite educational learning website to help each other to better understand a variety of learning concepts

think it would be great for students to use the Internet to find a documentary or film on a historical event or person to better understand the main points of the event or lifetime Students can also film a movie about an event that is happening now and interview people to explore different views and

3. Demonstrate the ability to navigate in virtual environments such as electronic books, simulation software, and websites

think an educational website scavenger hunt for the students would be ideal for them to learn to follow directions and find answers to questions in the readings To expose the students to virtual navigation, they can read their favorite stories online instead of in a book

5. Use simulations and graphical organizers to explore and depict patterns of growth such as the life cycles of plants and animals. (1,3,4) 

I think it would be great to bring a caterpillar in to the classroom and have the students monitor it and make an electronic graph on its growth and transformation into a butterfly Another good idea would be to have the students make a digital flipbook of their favorite animal with photos they have taken and
