Inter office communication: Sub: Suggestive measures and steps to monitor Field Quality: Location: ESP Foundations Pouring. It has been observed that placement of concrete being executed by M/s Simplex Concrete Piles India Pvt. Limited and GDC need to be closely observed in the following areas: 1. The placement of concrete shall be laid in layers not exceeding 400 mm, 2. Level of placement of concrete shall be maintained for sections at Beams and raft portion, the concrete shall, invariably , be monolithic at the junctions, 3. The vibration of the placed concrete shall be monitored that surface bleeding is avoided, 4. Concrete shall be placed to locations within 30 minutes of its preparation, 5. Slump measurements shall be at the location of its placement and proper record be maintained for review , 6. Cubes shall be cast in three layers and shall be placed at locations where there are minimal disturbances. The results shall be properly maintained to access for the Quality of poured concrete, 7. Pour cards shall be made and duly signed by representatives from M/s Simplex Concrete Piles India Pvt. Limited, SEPCO III and APL as the case may be, 8. Pour cards shall be made and duly signed by representatives from M/s GDC, SEPCO III and APL as the case may be. Separate registers and records be maintained for point 5, 6, 7 and 8
