Sports Stars Last week, Venus and Serena Williams played each other in the final of a tennis tournament. Venus is now fourth in the world, and her younger sister Serena has moved to ninth. The two sisters have already come a long way from the poor area in California where they were born. It was full of violence and drugs, and the girls’ father, Richard, wanted to move to a safer place. They moved in 1991 and they have never looked back.
