DESCRIPTION OF SEKAR AYU GALLERY
Sekar Ayu actually existed since 2001. It has temporarilly closed. In 2016 Sekar Ayu was reopened but was not a production unit but only a shop selling sewing equipment. However, in 2017 the Sekar Ayu Boutique was pioneered by utilizing various potentials, including innovating, one of which was creating natural batik dyes from weeds.
This gallery is a tangible manifestation of the PPUPIK program (Development of Campus Intellectual Products) Ministry of Research and Higher Education, by a team consisting of Dr Sri Endah Wahyuningsih MPd, Saptariana SPd MPd, Siti Nurrohmah SPd MSn and Roudlotus Sholikhah SPd MPd.
Sekar Ayu's fashion boutique is showroom from the fashion production unit that provides student work products and lecturer research in the form of women's clothing, men's clothing, batik up to handicraft or handicrafts such as bags and wallets decoupage , fashion accessories, knitting sandals, veil painting and so on. Besides that, it also serves uniform sewing services, individual sewing services and training services or fashion workshops.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The organizational structure did not go well. Placement of tasks that are not in accordance with the expertise. Sometimes there is a lack of funds that must be covered by the management's personal funds. All administrators who work as lecturers also become obstacles if there are many orders, but the administrators are busy with other tasks. Increased work time and lack of rest periods. Lack of coordination due to busy schedule.
RECOMANDATION Recruit professional workers according to their expertise. Regenerate the organizational structure so that all Sekar Ayu Gallery managers do not come from lecturers Always establish good communication with managers and employees of Sekar Ayu Gallery.
