Already going to have a French themed meal on Bastille day Concerns over it being a very high cost for a small number of people Alternative o Getting a French meal catered within I-House for a larger number of people o Inviting a guest chef for a French themed dinner Suggestions for Benoit o Needs to include more people o Need to think about how people are chosen o We cannot exclude people of particular cultures/backgrounds/countries Monique: talk to Benoit to explain that we can’t fund this, with suggestions

Proposal by Julie Board o A location where residents can post info about events, etc. o Julie: Contact Greg in Physical Operations. Find out if we can find a space where things can get posted Mugs o Getting people to bring mugs to I-House Coffee Hours o Providing residents with mug to prevent waste at Coffee Hours o Julie: Need to figure out how to distribute the mugs to residents and get them to bring it to coffee hour o Pui-Wa: Will contact her dad about getting personalized I-House mugs o Julie & Pui-Wa: Put together proposal for next week
