Some times they use old tricks….!
Just to end up in a situation like this…
They negotiate with performing employees and hold them back…!
But they always try to maintain the head count low !!
Most of the companies have huge turnover of manpower….!
So they carry out surveys to know what’s going on…!
But only surveys won’t help !
At times, even HR guy needs a change….
But frustration may also come from the top….
Many great companies are doing good… Because of great HR teams…..
