Time Management PCR and Schema
Transaction code for Schema: PE01 Time Management Schema’s: TM00 and TM04 TM04 Schema: Without clock times It will record number of absence hours Par 1 Par 2 Par 3 Par 4: we use parameter 1 and 2. In par 1 we call PCR and in Par 2 we call another PCR Prerequisites of TM04 are as follows It records time data. (0007) It records attendance Overtime: Overtime is calculated. X Day call PCR T017 Y Hours call Schema TW20 Z Consecutive working hours in a week TW10 TPO1: It will calculate deductions. Recorded absences and attendances are deducted from planned pair (recording from planned working time) Based on daily work schedule planned pair is checked. Actual Times 01 is checked (T554S). And Attendance Table (T554S) In Time Type 0094 number of OT hours are calculated. Here we select Planned Time S Absences are recorded Pair Type 2 Absence hours are calculated as overtime. We use operation: VARAB: This operation will record only absences as OT
Variable: A+B = C Variables are A B and C operation is + TYP: Absence Category CAT: Class for Time Evaluation VCL: Absence Valuation TIM: Off cycle Payroll (number of leaves are adjusted with bonus if number of leaves are more we will select TIM) ABSTP: Absence category from calendar type.
