James Jacobs INFO3301 Leslie Kerby House prices homework 1. I placed a pivot table with years by count of homes to give this answer. In order to save writing extra or placing redundant information, I have placed an excel workbook with all of my answers in a secondary sheet. I have also written my name in it. 2. year sold by average of sale price, in values 3. I flipped the table to sort it, by putting neighborhood in rows and avg sale price in values. Sorted ascending. 4. again, flipped the table. Neighborhood, by max of sale price, sorted again, ascending 5. bedroom above ground by sale price, simply 6. I wasn’t sure what we wanted, and I know this isn’t the most accurate. However, I put averages of sale price for each neighborhood, with averages of square feet total in basement. Also average 1st floor and average 2nd floor. Then I did a formula to have excel take the average sale divided by the sum of all square feet of floors. The total is the last column.
