FINDING ROLES –

Search small state to big

B. Search for roles. For Type of Industry - No duplicates (own sheet and A/F sheet) - Not “Management Counseling” - Not “Staffing Firm” - Not “Management Services” - Not “Defense and Space” - Not “Information Technology and Services” For Company Description -

Not require Secret/Security/Dod Clearances Not “Outsourcng/offshore”

C. Copy and paste on own sheet to market: - Company Name (1st cell) - Link of Job posting (3rd cell) - State abbreviation (2nd cell) D. Once you have enough number of job posts, ask Eitan’s approval to have the roles transferred to marketer’s sheet.

Pull up LinkedIn, your assigned Google Sheet, Google Sheet for Accounting Roles, and “List of IT Roles” Google Sheet. Then take one role from “List of IT Roles” and search for vacancies using Linked In. Make sure that you need to finish all IT Roles on your current assigned state before moving on to the next one. 3. Once you have results, take the pull up one role on a new tab and then check the company. You need to make sure first that the company passes the following criteria below: a. Has not been marketed previously on the same state (highlighted with green) or has not been highlighted purple or red. To check use CTRL+F to search for the company name on your Assigned Google Sheet and on the Accounting sheet. If the company’s name has not been encoded on both of the google sheet, you can add it on the list. b. Does not fall under “MANAGEMENT CONSULTING” c. Not a STAFFING FIRM d. Does not give MANAGING SERVICES e. Does not require Secret/Security/DoD Clearances f. Does not fall under “Defense and Space” category g. Does not fall under “Outsourcing/Offshoring” category h. If you are still confused whether it is can still be added, check the company’s website to check if they are outsourcing or works as a staffing firm. Ask questions. NOTE: Be careful with companies that fall under “INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND SERVICES” category as their company description does not directly say what they really do. You will need to check on their website if needed. 4. Once all of the criteria have been checked and the company counts as a valid one, copy, the company name then put it on the first cell of the row and then copy the link for the LinkedIn job posting to the row’s third cell. Second cell belongs to the state’s abbreviation. 5. Once you got enough number of job postings, ask for Eitan’s approval to have it the roles transferred to your marketer’s sheet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FINDING ROLES FROM OLD COMPANIES - Pendeli check duplicate, if no position on that state first check email if company replied.(search company name in gmail). see jobs, same STATE. If found one, replace link and place below. Highlight white. If you can barely get any new companies from LinkedIn, ask Eitan to approve some old Companies on your marketer’s sheet. Once a number of old companies has been approved, use LinkedIn to look for vacancies on the company. (less 2 months old, check email) 1. Make sure that the job opening falls under the same state where we marketed it before. 2. Make sure that no one from the company has replied (“our company does not work with Staffing firms,” companies that agreed to work with us, “we are working already with a different company for recruitment,” etc.) to us on your marketer’s email. 3. Once you have checked that it can be marketed again, look for an IT job posting on the same state.. Highlight the whole row with white. 4. Once you have an IT job Posting, replace the link that is on the sheet with the link of the new role that you have 5. Once you have an enough number of roles, ask for Eitan’s approval.

CHECKING INBOXES You need to check the inbox of the emails under your bucket every fifteen (15) minutes,

A. All bounce back emails (Failed delivery, Mailer Daemon, Out of Office OOO, etc.) should be put on the email account’s FAILED EMAILS folder. B. All human replies are starred. If it’s an email that is asking for inquiries or has some interest with the company has to offer, the message should be STARRED, then inform Eitan about it.

Checking FAILED EMAILS Folder Before the shift ends, you will need to check the FAILED EMAILS folder for any replies that were mistakenly moved that should be starred.
