FARTLEK TRAINING PRINT, BELLE, MEW, OIL, PARN

Definition Fartlek, which means “speed play” in Swedish, is continuous training with interval training. It is a simple form of a long distance run which is a periods of fast running intermixed with periods of slower running.

Sports that use this method The sports that involve sprinting, running, jogging and walking with variations in direction of movement. - For example, tennis, rugby, soccer, and football.
