Second Annual FESTIVAL OF TREES & LIGHTS DATES: TIMES:
December 4, 5, & 6, 2008 11:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.
LOCATION:
Westfield Downtown Plaza 511 J Street, Plaza Level
FEATURES:
Silent Auction of fully decorated holiday trees Array of affordable arts, crafts, and wreaths Raffle drawing Lively entertainment throughout the Festival
ATTENDANCE: 2,300 a day or
Average attendance last year was approximately close to 7,000 during the 3-day event.
MISSION: The Festival of Trees & Lights is produced by a cadre of interfaith volunteers as a community project to benefit the Cathedral Square Homeless Program which serves Sacramento’s downtown homeless. Our seasoned volunteers work throughout the year to ensure the success of the Festival. ADMISSION: SPONSORS:
FREE to the public To keep this event FREE to the public, we rely heavily on the generous contributions from individuals and corporations. The growing list of sponsors includes: Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints East Lawn River City Bank Sisters of Mercy West Midwest, Auburn Regional The Downtown Sacramento Partnership The Interfaith Service Bureau Mercy, a member of CHW Westfield Downtown Plaza
