Senior Management shows genuine interest in the well-being of employees. The bosses here see development of subordinates as an important part of their job. Where I work, day-to-day decisions demonstrate that quality is a top priority. Performance appraisal reports in our organisation are based on objective assessment and adequate information. Management ensures employee welfare to such an extent that the employees can save a lot of their mental energy for work purposes. I feel that the amount of work I am expected to do is reasonable.
