MANAGEMENT OF NEPHRITIS Audience: People with a family history of kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart disease and an age of 60 years or more. Purpose: To provide these people a health care management and knowledge about Nephritis. Goal: Individuals will give importance about proper Diet and being Physically fit.

Following a 1-hour teaching session, these people will be able to reduce the risk of having this kind of disease.

1. Lecture about Nephritis. (Cognitive)

2. The individuals will give some proper diet that they’ve learn from the lecture and they will perform some exercise. (Psychomotor)

3. Identify some abnormalities in the body and visit a doctor or health care practitioners. (Cognitive)

4. Tell the importance of A Proper Diet and being Physically fit in everyday life. (Affective and Cognitive)

Signs, symptoms, prevention and management of Nephritis. Lecture

A. Give some healthy diet. B. Do some proper exercise. 1. Lunges 2. Push-ups 3. Walking Recognize the symptoms that our body can feel that can lead to Nephritis:  Changes in urinating habits.  Swelling anywhere in the body.  Changes in the urine color.  Foamy urine.  Blood in the urine.
