Waffe de post – Ingrediente (8 waffe) 

300 g faina



6 g praf de copt



40 g zahar brun



300 ml lapte de soia



120 ml apa minerala



2 linguri ulei arahide/floarea soarelui



1 pastaie vanilie



1 varf cutit sare

Waffe de post – Mod de preparare 

Intr-un vas incapator amestecam faina, sarea, praful de copt si zaharul.



Intr-un vas separat amestecam laptele, uleiul si semintele pastaii de vanilie.



Adaugam mixul lichid peste cel solid si amestecam pana la omogenizare, nu mai mult. Cu cat amestecam mai putin, cu atat waffele vor fi mai pufoase.



Exact inainte de a coace waffele, adaugam apa minerala si amestecam.



Incalzim aparatul pentru vafe si ungem ambele placi cu putin ulei de arahide sau de floarea soarelui.



Adaugam cate un polonic mic de aluat in centrul aparatului, il inchidem si coacem waffele conform instructiunilor aparatului.



Le gustam calde sau reci, cu sirop de artar si fructe sau doar pudrate cu zahar pudra vanilat. Sunt delicioase!
