DOJ PERPETRATES FRAUD The National Bureau of Criminal Justice Research, Inc. (NBCJR) has been organized since January 1989. Stanley Green is NBCJR’s founder and has served as Executive Director. Our Bill of Rights has been amended to our U.S. Constitution to protect each Defendant. The duty of the DOJ is to serve as an advocate in behalf of each Defendant to warrant him or her due process to a fair trial. The DOJ has contracted legal advocates to investigate criminal proceedings. In each case the legal advocate has commenced his or her investigation under color of office to presume that the Defendant is guilty. By what legal document does the advocate gain authority to make said presumption? Legal advocates of the DOJ have been labeled as ‘prosecutors’. The latter term has derived its origin from the Old Testament Bible. A proselyte is a new convert. The Sanhedrin Counsel had hired prosecutors to convict new converts to Christianity. The 1st Amendment provides for the Separation of Church and State. The DOJ can’t hire prosecutors to convict heretics who offend Christian or Catholic moral doctrines. In America our Electorates have the civil liberties to choose his or her own lifestyles. The Alliance Defense Funds (ADF) was launched in 1994 by Bill Bright, Larry Burkett, James Dobson, James Kennedy, Marlin Maddoux and Donald Wildmon. ADF trains lawyers to defend their religious liberties by empowering their allies. Prosecutors represent the primary allies of religious liberties. Their role is to enforce morality laws that restrict freedom of assembly for heretic classes. In other words, prison is full of individuals who have refused to conform to our moral doctrines. The Salem Witch Trials 1692 reflect a time period in American history where prosecutors have abused our Courts to try cases of heresy. Massachusetts withheld its vote to ratify our U.S. Constitution until our Bill of Rights has been amended.

Our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights have reign in a democratic political system. Government must perceive and/or treat each member of our Electorate Body as the Supreme Ruler. We the People govern our own lifestyle. The Church may not dictate how we choose to live our lives. The latter freedom has been consecrated by blood. The majority of nations in the world may have neglected to adopt a democratic political system (i.e. ratify a constitution and/or Bill of Rights). Non-democratic government does not perceive the Electorate as the Supreme Ruler. Rather, the government perceives itself as the Supreme Ruler. The People are treated as serfs. Under a non-democratic government the government may commence criminal proceedings under the presumption that the Defendant is guilty. The Defendant is obligated to prove his or her innocence. America is a democratic nation. Our Bill of Rights protects each Defendant against proving his or her innocence. Rather, the burden of proof always falls upon the shoulders of the accuser. The DOJ is an advocate of due process. As such, our Bill of Rights prohibits the DOJ from serving as the accuser. Otherwise, the Defendant would be placed at a grave disadvantage. The definition of: office, officer, official, or officiate connote the meaning of neutrality. Any officer that has been promoted to serve in public office owns a duty to officiate the rules fairly or impartially. Neither he nor she may lean to favor any individual or class over another. Rather, each is treated exactly the same. The legal definition color of office means that the officer has breached his or her position of neutrality. He or she has acted either favorably or unfavorably. The repercussion has led one side to feel cheated or mistreated. The Supreme Court has a legal duty to our Electorate to strike down every conviction. Don’t panic! The Surgeon General, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Homeland Security (HS) may intervene to safeguard our nation against crime. Written by
