Documentation Ministry Proposal

Definition of Scope/Work of Service • To document/record events, celebrations, activities, important talks in still pictures, videos and others. • To collate documented pictures and activities of ALNP - Davao since it started. • To upload relevant videos, pictures, documents and talks in the official webpage of ALNP - Davao. • To maintain and sustain active participation on online Lingkod - Davao Evangelistic tool.

• To update every brother or sister on the quarterly activities through the official newsletter of ALNP - Davao. • To publish and feature brothers and sisters whose faith experiences are sources of inspiration for the community. • To welcome every brother or sister who are enthusiasts of photography, writing and even sharing worthy inspirations.

Efficiency 1. There should be one docu member in charge of stills/videos/powerpoint presentations. 2. Make sure all necessary activities are documented. 3. Copy all powerpoint slides from talks/workshops/etc. 4. All files are kept in order at the external drive. The external drive is kept by either JB or Jean.

5. Everybody who wish to share photos/videos are welcome, provided the pictures are already preselected and videos are saved at .wmv or .avi format. 6. All newsletter issues are uploaded at the webpage. 7. Newsletter features ALNP brothers and sisters; articles must be due two weeks before every issue;must be submitted through the email.

8. Regular meetings must be done, especially before any major activity for tasking and planning for equipment, documents or any errands for batteries, chargers, films, etc. 9. Updating of the webpage is once every month. 10.Articles, files and other documents for the webpage must be sent to [email protected] for filtering and editing. 11.Pictures must be collected (if possible) after any activity or a week after the activity.
