I. Introduction The first McDonald's restaurant was started in1948 by brothers Maurice("Mac") and Richard McDonald in San Berardino, California. They bougt appliances for thier small burger restaurant from salesman Ray Kroc, who was intrigued by their need for eight malt and shake mixers.

II. History Originally owned by brothers Dick and Mac McDonald's Ray Kroc founded the McDonald's we now know back in 1955! McDonald's in the Philippines is spear-headed by President and Chief Executive officer Kenneth S. Yang!! -close to 600 restaurants nation wide -serving Filipinos all over the country Ronald McDonald's first made his US debut in 1963 The first McDonald's branch opened in the Philippines in Morayta year: 1981 The iconic Golden Arches originated from the original McDonald's restaurant architectural design known as the "Red and White" from the 1950's The oldest McDonald's Red and white is still operating today in Downey, California The first McDonald's drive-thru in the Philippines opened in Green Hills, San juan! McDonald'shas an actual Hamburger University. It is located in chicago Illinois, USA and was founded in 1961. Today, it already has more than 275,000 franchisees,managers and employers the program. By 1994 McDonald's had already served 99 billions Burgers to customers world wide!. Imagine how much more it continues to serve now!

III. All about McDonald's -Personnel They have different types of personnel. To know the different types is through the color of the dress There are four types of clothing ~ White ~ Blue ~ Gray ~ Maroon

-Duties and Responsibilities Different colors of clothing are leverage and Reactability ~ White - begginers ~ Blue - local store marketing ~ Gray - manager ~ Maroon - teach the begginers

-The tour I learned a lot about McDonald's and I found out about McDonald's too many

-Sequence of tour First we sat down and gave us a wallet and hairnet and appron, talked about kuya chan about McDonald's and explained it all taboo and what to do first before entering McDonald's house wash first hand before entering McDonald's house and we need to have the hair net and appron and we are appealing First we went to the counter with a 4-6 counter. We were taught how to make coca or other soft drinks in the cup and what size or size is the one to use and the ice needed to be in the second line. Then we went to the Large freezer with a couple called COLD Freezer WALK IN AND WALK OUT. We went to the top where the stuck room and manager room were stunned. And that we went to the kitchen taught us how to bake ham burgers and how to work. And we did not finish the tour.
