As noted in the enclosed records, Mr. Jarrah was originally scheduled for flight number 2347 on January 22, 2001. However, Mr. Jarrah changed his reservations to January 20, 2001 and incurred an Administrative Service Charge (ASC) in the amount of $50.00. Mr. Jarrah rebooked his flight for January 20, 2001 and on that date, flight number 2347 (Newark to Tampa) was canceled. Mr. Jarrah was then rebooked on flight 2037 from Newark to Atlanta and he occupied seat 12E, as well as flight number 558 from Atlanta to Tampa, wherein he occupied seat 2IF, both on January 20, 2001. We were unable to locate any travel records for the other individuals referenced on your Attachment "A" to your subpoena.
