DKT INDIA INFORMATION STALL ACTIVITY FEED BACK REPORT

DKT India Stall decorated with full buntings, lamp shades and arranged New Exhibition Posters and fully equipped with IEC Material like Key Chains, Pamphlets, Broachers, T – Shirts, Caps, Zaroor Samples. Mr. H.B.Murthy Rao, Assistant Manager, IEC & Spl.Projects, DKT India, Mumbai, Regional Manager, Andhra Pradesh Mr. Mohan Goli visited the DKT Information Stall on morning, 2 Volunteers and TD Samuel, IEC Supervisor, assisted me make an activity successful completion and get the Best Stall Award in this Youth Festival-2007 to DKT India. In this occasion to be graced by Sir Sambani Chandra Shekar, Hon’ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh as a guest of Honor, and APSACS Director, Mr. Ashok Kumar IAS, Hyderabad District Collector Mr. Chandra Vadhan IAS, UNICEF AP & Karnataka, Representative Mr. Michel Saint Lot, and Lepra Society CEO Dr. Ranganadhra Rao, Mrs.Ruchi Chopra, YPI Co coordinator, MR. Ramesh HIV Division State Dy.Director and other Sports, Film Industry Personalities participated in this HIV/Aids Awareness Youth Festival. Over 30 Information Stalls Placed hire to educate youth about health and employment, 1000 to 1200 youth delegates participated from Medak, Guntur, and Hyderabad Districts. Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh visited our DKT India Information Stall along with all Officials includes APSACS Director Mr. Ashok Kumar and he appreciated the Information Stall arrangements and he signed as Very Good in Participants Signatures Papers, and he used dkt cap and he distributed our red broachers to the official along with him. Minister specifically appreciated about DKT Key Chains. Mr. H.B. Murthy Rao Asst. Manager, IEC & Spl.Projects, DKT India And Mr. Mohan Goli, RM-AP interacted with Minister and APSACS Director and explains about DKT Programmes & Products Promotion. My self-Introduced APSACS Director to MR. Murthy Rao and Mr. Mohan Goli. This Programme Started from morning 9.30 am to evening 5.00 pm on 8/07/2007, Mr. Rao and Mr. Mohan with us and guide us still programme end, spend time hire morning 7-00 am to evening 6-30 pm along with my assistants. In this youth Festival Conducted Cultural/Folk Dances, Volunteers Experience, DJ, Film Personalities Interaction etc.

DKT India Information Stall gets the best Stall Award from Organizers and they presented a memento to DKT India, Mr.H.B.Murthy Rao and MR.Mohan Goli received the Award From Organizers on House full Auditorium.
