However, clearance to shoot still rested with at least NEADS, not the pilots, at that point in time. Panta 01/03 immediately tested the instructions and were told mission is "ID by type and tail." I have found no evidence that Langley fighters, separately, received anything different than what you see below. None of this plays into the_ UA93 story, either real or faux. It draws primarily on interviews at NEADs and with the Langley pilots. I tried to listen to the Langley pilot interviews but they are not on the system at K Street. Are they loaded at GSA?
