ICT  a. Briefing on E learning Day • Mr Low advised all to update a list of  resources which could be uploaded on  Studywiz and I­share website. He  shared that these resources would also  be uploaded on the Wiki Server. Ms  Liew suggested that a checklist be  drawn up so that the various  departments can collate these  resources. • Mrs Roche discourage departments to  use online tests results as part of CA as  students could easily trade answers  when they use chat applications.  • On e­learning day, the duration of the  lesson is between 45 mins – 1 hour • Departments were advised to create an  upload lessons into the class and not to  choose the students individually.  b. ICT related materials • Departments were advised to remove  unnecessary or not so good resources from  the I share portal. c. AOB •

To encourage the use of different  applications to promote learning. Mr  Low shared the  ‘GRAB’ application.  Mr Low also used Skitch shareware.  Ms Liew queried on use of Grab  together with Concept mapping as part  of powerpoint presentation.
