PUZZLE 1. • Your workers are on strike. Some of them are contractual workers. They have been working for 10 years. They have not yet been confirmed. Union wants them to be confirmed. Your boss has told you not to do it. There is no policy in the company to confirm contractual employees. Workers threaten you with Gherav. What will you do?
Solution… • 1. increase their wages, incentives and their time • 2. remove all contratual workers • 3. go for new recruitment • 4. fulfill their demand.
Puzzle 2. • You want to raise public money through public issue. Only one investment banker has agreed to work for you and raise public issue for you, all others have rejected your business plan. This person says that he will work with you only if you promise to provide him all information at least 1 month before you inform to the public / stock exchanges / Registrar. This is against the insider trading norms of SEBI. What will you do ?

Puzzle 3. • You want to start an institution. There is some approval required from some government department. The concerned officer asks you to give a bribe of a huge amount He has threatened that he would not let the file move and you will not get approval otherwise. You have followed all government norms. What will you do ?
Solution… • 1. send that person to police (get him arrasted). • 2 complain about this to anticorruption department • 3. we shall negotiate with that person. • 4. we shall make him a partner in our project.
PUZZLE 4 • You have always advocated against child labour. In your article, you have requested people to avoid any product, which is made using child labour. You visit a place. There is only one restraurant in that place. You are very hungry. You find that in that restaurant, children are employed as workers. What will you do no?
solution • 1. First eat the food and then talk to the owner and try to convince against child labour • 2. we shall boycott the food. • 3. we shall fight with the owner of the restaurant. • 4. we shall raise public protest against the restaurant.
