Project Tree Context Menus The table below describes the command options that are available from the various context (right-click) menus within the Project Tree. Project Tree Context Menu Items Name Action Rename

Delete the item and any sub-items.

Applies To Task, Shortcut, Project Folder, Organizational Folder Task, Shortcut, Project Folder, Organizational Folder

Creates a shortcut at the root level of 'My Task Work'. Creates a shortcut in the current target Create Shortcut at folder if the target is within 'My Work' Task Target (see 'Select as Target'). Selects a folder item to be the target for Project Folder, subsequent action(s). Note that the active Select as Target Organizational target is displayed at the bottom of the Folder, Root Folders context menus. Reorders the items in the current folder Task, Shortcut, by moving the selected item up one Project Folder, Move Up position. If the item is a folder, all sub- Organizational items are also moved. Folder Reorders the items in the current folder Task, Shortcut, by moving the selected item down one Project Folder, Move Down position. If the item is a folder, all sub- Organizational items are also moved. Folder Moves the selected item to the current Task, Shortcut, target folder (see 'Select as Target'). If the Project Folder, Move to Target item is a folder, all sub-items are also Organizational moved. Creates a Project Folder in the current target folder (see 'Select as Target').

Creates an Organizational Folder at the current location (folder).

Displays a form showing the properties of the selected item.
