3.2. Antibody Engineering Followings are suitable for modify your antibody: Well characterized non-human antibody Unique monoclonal antibody but it is produced from unstable hybridoma Want to change your antibody format Improve antibody functions Convert monoclonal antibody to scFv, and convert scFv to whole IgG

3.3. Proteomics Antibody Our platforms are to help you explore the entire human proteome using protein-specific antibody with high-affinity. By combining of antibody extensive generation with comprehensive antibody characterization, we will help you reach your aim in proteomics research and target discovery. Screening protein-protein interactions using available antibody-based array Parallel, multiplexed, miniaturized, high-throughput proteomic analysis by array Individual protein detection, protein expression profiling, and interactions between proteins and ligands, antibodies, or other proteins In antibody generation, that is included as traditional antibody generation as well as high-throughput recombinant antibody screening In antibody function, that is extended to combination of our available arrays (peptide, protein and tissue) with capturing of specific proteins except doing routine immunological analysis

Phase 2:

Small-scale Protein Expression

Phase 3: Large-scale Protein Expression

Phase 4:

1.3. Peptide Modification Modification (such as Acetylation, Succinylation and etc.) Special Amino acid (such as Phosphorylation, N-Methyl amino acid and etc.) Labeling (such as Biotinylation, FITC and etc.) Cyclic Peptide (such as Disulfide bridge, amide cyclic and etc.) Peptide Conjugation (such as KLH, BSA and etc.) Quenched fluorescent peptide Multiple Antigenic Peptide

1.4. Peptide Array Peptide array involves thousands of peptides with specified amino acid sequences of various lengths (15-30 mer). The array can be used to study epitope mapping and to identify and optimize leads for a wide range of targets. Contrary to peptide mixtures, the amino acid sequence of each peptide is immediately known without subsequent purification or sequencing. The array, in standard plates or attached to solid supports, can be screened with high throughput using any type of bio-assay, including antibodies, enzymes, receptors and cells.
