Contract of Loan KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Deed is made and executed by and between: CHRISTIAN GREY, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of 333 Chicago St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, hereinafter referred to as CREDITOR, and; EATON MATON, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of 007 Agent St., Nuvali, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as DEBTOR; WITNESSETH That the DEBTOR is desirous of borrowing the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P300,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency while the CREDITOR is willing and able to lend the said amount, subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. That the CREDITOR shall convey the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) to the DEBTOR upon execution of this Contract; 2. That the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR the aforementioned amount loaned in ten (10) equal monthly installments starting on February 24, 2018; 3. That the loan bears an interest of 2% per month; 4. That in case the court intervention should become necessary and inevitable, DEBTOR shall be liable to pay attorney’s fees in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) and liquidated damages, in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00); 5. That in order to secure payment, the DEBTOR shall constitute a Real Estate Mortgage over his condominium unit located at Avida Towers Alabang, Muntinlupa; 6. That the parties herein hereby commit to fully observe the terms and conditions as embodied in this Contract and are fully aware that any violation of the same shall expose such erring party to the corresponding criminal, civil and/or administrative liabilities.
