April 6, 2009 Honorable John Conyers, Jr., Congressman 2138 Raven House Office Building Washington, DC 20515 Re: Stanley Green v. John Keys Case No. 08-2682-JDT-dkv Dear John: March 19, 2009 U.S. District Judge James D. Todd for the Western Division of Tennessee has signed an order to unlawfully dismiss my Class Action Lawsuit. I demand my Civil Rights to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. My sworn affidavit has alleged a conspiracy between Commissioner John Keys, Tennessee Veteran Affairs, Dr. Anne Ayers and Dr. Kent Cox to conceal the fact that Dr. Terri J. Rau has fraudulently obtained a military contract to carry out blind experiments on Disabled Veteran Soldiers in Shelby County, TN. Pursuant to U.S. Law Week General Law Vol. 61 Jul 1, 1992 – June 30, 1993 (Refer to Index 2614) Individuals with disabilities constitute class protected by 42 USC 1985 (3) from conspiracies to deprive them of Federal Constitutional Rights (Trantz v. Weisman, DC SNY, No. 92 Civ. 0534 (GLG, 4/6/93). (Also Refer to Index 2584) Conspiracy to “defraud” United States under 18 USC 371 requires deceit or dishonesty and therefore does not encompass otherwise lawful activity undertaken to impede governmental functions (US. v. Caldwell, CA 9, No. 91-30131 3/18/93). Respectfully submitted, Stanley Green 1978 Goodhaven Dr. Memphis, TN 38116 Attachments:
