For Comte, the political philosophy of Logical Positivism is the basis for “true” Communism. Comte rejects private property. Comte argues that private property can be confiscated by the State without compensation. This move on Comte’s part, obviously violate the 5th Amendment prohibition in the United States Constitution against the taking of private property without reasonable compensation. As Bob Lipkin would put it, Comte argues for Constitutional Treason. Comte argues that private property should not be allowed to be used to hurt another. This is a false straw man argument. Since the medieval period, in the Anglo-American legal system, and clearly in the present United States, there is Nuisance Law which prohibits a person from using his property to harm another. Similarly, we have reasonable business regulation which also prohibits the harmful use of property. Finally, there is also Common Law Fraud Law which prohibits fraudulent representations. Comte is obviously a syncophant of the Communist Party who desires to bring about a State Dictatorship and white slavery. Without reasonable Freedom of Contract and Private Property, there can be no human freedom, just tyranny.
