COMPANY PROFILE M/S Technopan Industries is a concern specialized in Electrical turnkey projects upto 33 KV electrification and manufacturing of, Electrical Control Panels , Distribution Panels ,Control Desk , PLC Panels , Junction Boxes , Bus Ducts etc . and Traffic Signal Lights (Solar energy Light based). We are catering to the cream of Indian Engineering Allied Industries. Ours is a proprietary concern set up in 1988 with Shri Pradeep Mallah as Prop. Sh. Pradeep Mallah has done his B.E.(Electrical) from RECK Kurukshetra in the year 1986. He is also Member Institution Of Engineers (India) Kolkata and Chartered Engineer. Ours is a SSI unit registered with District Industries Center Faridabad, vide Regn. No.05/12/12036/PMT/SSI dtd. 17.5.89. OUR MANUFACTURING UNIT : Barely an hour’s drive from Delhi , our manufacturing unit is situated at 16/6 Mathura Road (West) Faridabad on Delhi Mathura Road. It houses state-of-the-art machine/equipment, which are efficiently used by 15 member team with exemplary dedication and technical skills. The total effort is channelised to meet the high aspirations of our esteemed customers. Our manufacturing experience with development and production of various types of panels has exposed us to diverse range right from Domestic Panels to highly advanced PLC based panels for modern industry/Power sector/railways. OUR STRENGHTS : Backed by eighteen years of Engineering and Manufacturing experience , our major strength lies in our strict process and quality control at the shop-floor level. The wide ranging inspection instruments helps our inspection personnel to monitor closely the production process. This results in zero defect output. This coupled with our ability to adhere strictly to delivery schedules , results in a satisfied customer. Our technical talents and practical experience helps us to tackle the development problems in an innovative and result oriented manner , which gives us an edge over our competitors. QUALITY SYSTEM : Firm and strict adherence of a documented quality system ensures the production of correct system panels on time and everytime.

MANUCTURING PROCESS : The manufacturing process of Control Panels passes through the following stages :1. Marking of CRCA sheet steel of required size for cutting. 2. Cutting , Bending and grinding in required size and shape. 3. Surface treatment of boxes for primer and paint coating (epoxy , synthetic and powder based) 4. Fitment of switchgears as per required process and circuit wirring. 5. Testing for insulation and system simulation. OUR CUSTOMERS : For last one decade we have catered to the best of the Indian/Foreign companies involved in manufacturing of cement , railway coaches , steel , felt , sugar and many more. A brief list is enclosed. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT : Our unit has availed a term loan and working capital facility from State Bank Of India Ballabgarh.
