RANCH MANAGER UPDATES
Trail Rides; Reminder for all members & guests: Please be careful when out riding your ATV’s, when you come upon a horse ride you need to stop for them to pass by before you continue on your way. I’ve been informed that some people are not even slowing down. Please be aware of this & stop for the rides. Hay Fields: This is the first time in quite a while that we are baling our own hay. This helps us to keep our costs down for the Ranch. But there are a few people who don’t think about these things & decide to drive their vehicles through the hay fields. This practice is cutting down on our production of hay. This is a no win situation for our Ranch. So, please keep out of the hay fields with your ATV’s & vehicles.
Volunteers & Employees: Lonesome Pine was open for this holiday weekend. This was done because of volunteers and a very special bunch of people, our employees!! I personally want to thank them for all the extra time & effort they put into this project. They all gave the Ranch 200% and did an admirable job. So when you see any of these people out working or on the Ranch, you can thank them for their extra hard work & efforts to get this job done. Great Job People!!
Sidewalks for Trading Post & Restaurant: We now have new sidewalks in front of the Trading Post & Restaurant. However, we need to get them sealed. Railings are in the plans for the bridge area of the new sidewalk.
Adult Pool: As requested at the last BOD meeting, I am getting 3 bids for repairing the adult pool.
