NEW RV COMPOUND LESS THAN 50 SPACES LEFT Don’t delay – reserve your space today!

Are you interested in storing your RV in a new compound that will have approximately 100 ASSIGNED spaces when complete? You pay an annual fee of $120 and receive a permanent assigned parking space with your own compound key (no more in/out fees or waiting for a Ranger). You may schedule the Ranch to tow your RV, a preferred tower or tow your own when needed. Several spaces are already reserved and the compound is expected to fill up quickly. Call Michael Rogers, Ranch Office Manager or send email to [email protected]. Include your name, membership number and contact information with your request.

PROGRESS IN POWDER MILL The well-house in Powder Mill is now in compliance with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requirements. Recently a crew of both employees and volunteers laid 40 ft. of 6” pipe and 6 ft. of 2” pipe. Thanks to Frank Shores, Steve Booth, “Bear” Cupples, Lynn Thomas and Leroy Chatman for their work on this project.

If you have experience in budget planning or marketing skills, the Ranch needs your expertise. Two new committees are being formed: (1) a Budget Committee will research budget needs throughout the year and help prepare the Ranch’s proposed annual budget; (2) a Marketing Committee will work in unison with the Technology Committee and develop possible ways to market the ranch nationwide, with special emphasis on regional markets, together with a plan of implementation. If you have skills and experience in either field and want to be considered for these committees, please send your name and contact information TODAY along with your qualifications (resume) to the Office Manager, Michael Rogers OR email [email protected].

MAID’S REMINDER TO RENTERS Just a reminder to those who are staying in a rental unit: The maid service would appreciate your leaving the heat on when you check out to prevent the water from freezing.
